The purpose this study was determine cytotoxicity anti-proliferative effect ethanol extract against cells with HCT-116 cells. This an vitro using cell line which tested by 3-[4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) trypan blue assay. assay performed on control treated at 72 h.
